This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered across Australia.
Shipping Locations
We currently deliver to most locations across Australia.
Please note that we do not currently ship to Tasmania.
If you are unsure whether we deliver to your location, please contact us before placing your order.
Pre-Orders & Dispatch Timeline
UPRYTE is currently accepting pre-orders.
Orders placed during the pre-order period are expected to begin dispatching from 20 July 2026.
Dispatch dates are estimates only and may vary due to inventory availability, freight schedules, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on all orders over AUD $500 across Australia (excluding Tasmania).
Orders Under AUD $500
Shipping charges apply to orders below AUD $500 and are calculated based on the delivery location.

Delivery Timeframes
Once dispatched, estimated delivery timeframes are:

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Delays
While we aim to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control.
UPRYTE is not responsible for delays caused by freight carriers, weather events, customs inspections, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
If an incorrect address is supplied, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery or address correction.
UPRYTE is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
Damaged Deliveries
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
