Shipping is free on all orders above $500 AUD across Australia (excluding Tasmania, where we currently do not deliver).
For orders below $500 AUD, shipping charges apply based on your delivery location and will be calculated at checkout.
As we are currently accepting pre-orders, dispatch is expected to begin from 20 July 2026. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Returns Policy. Any item that arrives damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible for assessment and resolution. Please refer to our Returns Policy for full terms and conditions.

We offer a 30-day trial on every UPRYTE chair, because we want you to be sure. If it's not the right fit, simply disassemble your chair, pack it back into the original box, and get in touch with us at info@upryte.com.au to start your return. How long does delivery take?
Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within 5–7 business days. Delivery timeframes and charges may vary depending on your location — you'll see the most accurate estimate at checkout.
Do you offer assembly services?
Your UPRYTE chair arrives flat-packed and is designed for easy assembly — most people are up and sitting in just a few minutes. Clear step-by-step instructions are included in the box. No tools, no hassle.
What does the warranty cover?
Every UPRYTE chair is backed by a comprehensive express warranty, covering the frame, mechanisms, mesh, gas cylinder, and castors — with coverage periods ranging from 2 to 10 years depending on the component and collection. To activate your express warranty, register your chair within 30 days of delivery at upryte.com.au/warranty-registration.
